1:1 Executive Coaching

Some topics are nearly impossible to discuss openly with colleagues.

You may need to revise your org chart or find new ways to motivate a disengaged team member. You would love to talk it out with someone who has seen this before, who will ask thoughtful questions without judgment, and help you feel confident in your next steps.

Executive Coaching

We offer 1:1 coaching for CEOs and senior executives navigating complex and high-stakes decisions.

Our counsel is rooted in decades of experience with mission-driven organizations — and grounded in the belief that leadership rarely unfolds neatly. We meet you where you are, offering a steady mix of clear insight, thoughtful questioning, and candid feedback (when invited). Our goal is simple: to lighten your mental load, sharpen your thinking, and leave you with renewed clarity and energy to lead.

We achieve this goal by rolling up our sleeves to tackle the tough stuff with you. That might mean co-creating a rubric for your next COO search, workshopping an agenda for a critical board meeting, drawing new organizational charts, and more.

Coaching is available as a standalone engagement — or as a powerful complement to our organizational transition or leadership team strategy work.
